Natural Gas Demystified
We’re excited to have been approved by the State of Florida to offer a new Community Association Management CE Course! We’ll be teaching CAMs the ins and outs of natural gas, including the intricacies of natural gas pricing, delivery, billing, and more, and how that affects your property. Plus, we show you how to add valuable dollars back to the bottom line!
Our 2-hour course will cover:
- What natural gas is (and isn’t)
- Alternative fuels
- Natural gas deregulation
- Understanding how the market works, costs, volatility, and stability
- Alternative pricing structures
- Understanding the utility bill
- And so much more!
Attendees will receive either 1 hour of operation credit AND 1 hour of other/elective credit; OR 2 hours of elective credit towards DBPR certification.
